This project aims at strengthening the rule of law and democratic process through creation of model laws governing civil society (NGOs, political parties, labour unions) With the support of the European Union, this project is implemented by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation – Amman and the Arab Center for the Development of the Rule of Law and Integrity as a partner.

The pilot countries targeted in this project are Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine and Syria with an outreach to Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia.
